🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove or 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or dried dill

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and dill.
  2. Grate the English cucumber using a hand grater.
  3. Squeeze excess moisture from the cucumber using your hands over the sink.
  4. Add the cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir well.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
