Big Mac salad dressing made with Greek yogurt, relish, and sugar-free ketchup

Enjoy a Big Mac without the guilt! This WW-friendly Big Mac Salad combines seasoned turkey, cheese, veggies, and a creamy zero-point dressing for just 2 points per large bowl.

🥗 Big Mac Salad Bowl

🛒 Ingredients

  • 🥬 Chopped lettuce
  • 🍅 Diced tomatoes
  • 🥒 Pickles, chopped
  • 🧀 Low or nonfat shredded cheese OR Velveeta slices (1 point each)
  • 🍗 1 lb ground turkey, cooked and seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 🥣 Big Mac Dressing:
    • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
    • 2 tbsp dill relish
    • 1 tbsp grated or finely chopped onion
    • ⅓ tsp black pepper
    • ⅛ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
    • 2–3 tbsp water (adjust for consistency)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix all the Big Mac Dressing ingredients. Stir until smooth and creamy, adjusting water for desired thickness.
  2. In a large salad bowl, layer chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, and cooked ground turkey.
  3. Top with shredded cheese or Velveeta sliced cheese pieces (only 1 point per slice!)
  4. Drizzle generously with the Big Mac Dressing and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your fast-food–flavored, low-point protein salad!
  6. Recipe makes about 4-5 servings
