🥗 Big Mac Salad Bowl

🛒 Ingredients
- 🥬 Chopped lettuce
- 🍅 Diced tomatoes
- 🥒 Pickles, chopped
- 🧀 Low or nonfat shredded cheese OR Velveeta slices (1 point each)
- 🍗 1 lb ground turkey, cooked and seasoned with salt & pepper
- 🥣 Big Mac Dressing:
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 1 tbsp grated or finely chopped onion
- ⅓ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
- 2–3 tbsp water (adjust for consistency)
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix all the Big Mac Dressing ingredients. Stir until smooth and creamy, adjusting water for desired thickness.
- In a large salad bowl, layer chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, and cooked ground turkey.
- Top with shredded cheese or Velveeta sliced cheese pieces (only 1 point per slice!)
- Drizzle generously with the Big Mac Dressing and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your fast-food–flavored, low-point protein salad!
