Baked spinach frittata with cottage cheese and eggs in a pie dish, WW friendly

This spinach frittata is packed with protein, loaded with veggies, and made with fat-free cottage cheese. A low or zero point Weight Watchers recipe that’s perfect for meal prep!

🥬 Spinach Frittata (WW Friendly)

Serving Size: 4 | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 30 min


🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fat-free cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sautéed spinach
  • 1 cup chopped onion (or any other added veggies you like, such as mushrooms)
  • ½ cup fat-free shredded cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, cottage cheese, and salt and pepper until combined.
  3. Sauté onion until soft, then add spinach and cook down briefly.
  4. Add sautéed vegetables to the egg mixture and stir in the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour into a greased pie dish or baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve!
