
This cinnamon toast popcorn is the perfect Weight Watchers sweet snack—crunchy, low-point, and packed with cinnamon sugar flavor!
🍿 Cinnamon Toast Popcorn
Serving Size: ~4 cups | Prep Time: 3 min | Cook Time: 5 min
🛒 Ingredients
- 🍿 1/4 cup popcorn kernels (air-popped)
- 🧈 5–10 sprays “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” (1–2 points)
- 🍬 1–2 tsp Lakanto Golden Monkfruit sweetener (or Swerve brown sugar)
- 🌰 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 🧂 Small pinch of salt (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Air pop your popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
- While still warm, spray with butter spray and toss gently to coat.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, sweetener, and salt (if using).
- Sprinkle the mix over the popcorn while tossing to evenly coat.
- Shake in a large container or bag for extra flavor coverage. Enjoy!
