This cinnamon toast popcorn is the perfect Weight Watchers sweet snack—crunchy, low-point, and packed with cinnamon sugar flavor!

🍿 Cinnamon Toast Popcorn

🛒 Ingredients

  • 🍿 1/4 cup popcorn kernels (air-popped)
  • 🧈 5–10 sprays “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” (1–2 points)
  • 🍬 1–2 tsp Lakanto Golden Monkfruit sweetener (or Swerve brown sugar)
  • 🌰 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 🧂 Small pinch of salt (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Air pop your popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
  2. While still warm, spray with butter spray and toss gently to coat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, sweetener, and salt (if using).
  4. Sprinkle the mix over the popcorn while tossing to evenly coat.
  5. Shake in a large container or bag for extra flavor coverage. Enjoy!
