Try this easy and fun “Egg in a House” breakfast using Sara Lee 45-calorie bread and an egg. Only 1 WW point and perfect for mornings with kids or fun plating!

🍳 Egg in a House

Serving Size: 1 slice | Prep Time: 3 min | Cook Time: 6 min


🛒 Ingredients

  • 🍞 1 slice Sara Lee 45-calorie bread
  • 🥚 1 egg
  • 🧈 “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray
  • 🥃 Shot glass or small round cutter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Spray both sides of the bread with butter spray.
  2. Press a small hole in the center using a shot glass or small cup. Keep both the round center and the bread frame.
  3. Place both the bread and the small cut-out circle on a preheated pan.
  4. Crack the egg into the center hole.
  5. Cook on medium until the egg is mostly set, then flip both the bread and the circle.
  6. When fully cooked, stack the small circle on top of the egg-in-bread piece to complete your “house.”
