- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- Β½ cup strawberries, sliced
- Β½ cup blueberries
- Β½ banana, sliced
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
- Few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
- Optional: sugar-free syrup drizzle
