Creamy mashed potatoes and topped with a simple brown gravy. Zero to one WW point per serving and perfect for any comfort meal.

🥔 Mashed Potatoes & Gravy (WW-Friendly)

Serving Size: 5 | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15–20 min


🛒 Ingredients

  • 🥔 5 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 💧 Water for boiling
  • 🧁 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Brown gravy packet
  • 🌿 Optional: Chopped parsley or chives for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes).
  2. Drain and mash with almond milk until creamy (you can also use Greek yogurt or fat-free sour cream)
  3. In a small saucepan, cook the brown gravy packet per its instructions.
  4. Season gravy with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Serve warm mashed potatoes with a ladle of gravy on top. Garnish if desired.
