🥔 Mashed Potatoes & Gravy (WW-Friendly)

🛒 Ingredients
- 🥔 5 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 💧 Water for boiling
- 🧁 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Brown gravy packet
- 🌿 Optional: Chopped parsley or chives for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes).
- Drain and mash with almond milk until creamy (you can also use Greek yogurt or fat-free sour cream)
- In a small saucepan, cook the brown gravy packet per its instructions.
- Season gravy with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Simmer until thickened.
- Serve warm mashed potatoes with a ladle of gravy on top. Garnish if desired.
