  • 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar (16 oz) salsa (no sugar added, zero-point variety)

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Pour entire jar of salsa over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours (or HIGH for 3–4 hours).
