🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (drained)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup no-sugar-added tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella
  • 16 turkey pepperoni slices (1 point total)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground turkey with onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and black olives; cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle fat-free mozzarella on top and arrange the turkey pepperoni slices evenly across the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly, slice into 4 servings, and enjoy!
