🥗 Thousand Island (Big Mac) Salad Dressing

🛒 Ingredients
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 2 tbsp relish
- 1 tbsp chopped or grated raw onion (or 1/2 tbsp powdered onion)
- ⅓ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2–3 tbsp water (depending on consistency preference)
- ¼ tsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sugar-free ketchup, relish, and onion.
- Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire and hot sauce, then gradually stir in water to reach your desired dressing consistency.
