🥗 Thousand Island (Big Mac) Salad Dressing

🛒 Ingredients

  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp relish
  • 1 tbsp chopped or grated raw onion (or 1/2 tbsp powdered onion)
  • ⅓ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2–3 tbsp water (depending on consistency preference)
  • ¼ tsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sugar-free ketchup, relish, and onion.
  2. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire and hot sauce, then gradually stir in water to reach your desired dressing consistency.
