🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove or 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dried dill
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and dill.
- Grate the English cucumber using a hand grater.
