Low-calorie lasagna with Egglife wraps and melted mozzarella in baking dish, healthy WW version

This Zero Point Lasagna uses lean turkey, fat-free cheese, and Egglife wraps to recreate a comforting, low-calorie favorite that’s 100% Weight Watchers friendly.

Serving Size: 1 large slice | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 30–35 min


🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 can tomato sauce (zero point, no sugar added)
  • 2–3 Egglife wraps (used as noodles)
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2–3 tbsp Italian seasoning

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground turkey in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain if necessary.
  3. Optional: You can also saute veggies like onions, mushrooms, etc and add to cooked turkey
  4. Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5–10 minutes.
  5. Layer in a baking dish: start with meat sauce, then Egglife wraps, then cottage cheese and mozzarella. Repeat layers as desired.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until top is golden and bubbling.
