🛒 Ingredients

  • 🍌 2 ripe bananas
  • 🥚 2 eggs
  • ✨ Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl using a fork.
  2. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.

    VARIATION: For a CHEESECAKE Souffle use 1 banana and 1/4 of a Jello Zero Sugar Cheesecake pudding packet

🔥 Microwave Method:

  • Microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Check doneness; if needed, microwave for 1 more minute.

🔥 Oven Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Bake in a small dish for about 25 minutes or until set and nearly solid in the center.
