Zero Point Deviled Eggs made with mustard and paprika

These easy deviled eggs are the perfect Weight Watchers–friendly snack or party appetizer. Made with just eggs, mustard, and a sprinkle of paprika, they’re naturally low in calories and packed with protein. This zero point deviled egg recipe fits perfectly into any healthy lifestyle or WW plan—no mayonnaise needed!

Deviled Eggs

Serving Size: 2 halves | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 min


🛒 Ingredients

  • 🥚 2 large eggs
  • 🥄 1 tbsp yellow mustard (more or less depending on your taste)
  • 🌶️ Paprika (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath. Once cool, peel and slice in half lengthwise.
  4. Gently remove yolks and mash them in a small bowl with mustard until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top and serve chilled.
